High Foaming Alkaline Traffic Film Remover is a caustic-based cleaning solution engineered for heavy-duty vehicle cleaning. Its high foaming action ensures excellent surface coverage, allowing the powerful blend of surfactants and chelating agents to penetrate and lift embedded traffic film, grease, and road grime with ease.
The dense foam clings to vertical surfaces for extended dwell time, improving cleaning efficiency on trucks, trailers, and plant machinery. This makes it especially effective in commercial and fleet wash settings where fast, thorough cleaning is essential.
Dilute as needed and use through available application method. Can be applied directly through a pump sprayer, spray trigger bottle or through a jet wash system.
Recommended dilutions:
- 1:25 (4%) for light soiling.
- 1:9 (10%) for moderate soiling
- 1:3 (25%) for heavy duty traffic film removal.
If using through a jet wash system, adjust chemical intake systems to required dilution levels.
Spray diluted product onto the surface. Allow the product to dwell for 1 - 3 minutes depending on the dilution strength used. Rinse off.
Always test in an inconspicuous area first.
Do not allow the product to dry.
Avoid using in direct sunlight.
